Assembly is a series of work that jacquard machine controls warp. Assembly is called "handlebar" in Modern Jacquard weaving. All jacquard looms have a flower floor. The system is installed vertically on the flower floor, which is composed of Tongsi, qusi, qupan, heald eye and qujiao. Tongsi, also known as big fiber, each Tongsi is equivalent to a heald piece of a general loom. The heald eye is used to hold the warp wires to be lifted. The number of warp wires is determined according to the flower number cycle, and each warp wire can be suspended by two to seven warp wires.
