The optimized beating up mechanism uses the four-bar beating up mechanism optimized by computer, which has the advantages of short beating range, small vibration and long weft insertion time. It can carry out strong and stable beating up and weave high-quality fabric products at ultra-high speed.
The narrow frame machine adopts the four-bar beating up with
excellent high-speed adaptability, and the wide frame machine
adopts the six-bar beating up with considerable leeway of weft
insertion time, so as to realize the stable weft insertion during
the ultra-high-speed operation. In addition, the middle support
structure of the rocker shaft and the moderate balance design
improve the rigidity of the beating up mechanism. In the
ultra-high-speed operation, the equipment runs smoothly, which
provides a guarantee for accurate and powerful beating up.
Power and starting motor
The advanced super starting motor can produce high output torque
when the loom is started, so as to improve the beating up force of
the shuttle. At the same time, the electromagnetic brake with
strong torque is adopted to improve the braking force, thus
preventing the occurrence of stop gear and improving the product
quality of the fabric.
New permanent magnet motor weft storage device
Corresponding to the new high-speed electromagnetic needle: the
double coil electromagnetic needle which can adapt to high-speed
operation is adopted to improve the reliability of high-speed
operation.
The rotation ratio of each electronic weft storage device can be set separately, and the end breakage of weft can be prevented due to the small rotation change.
Moreover, because the weft storage motor adopts permanent magnet motor, the starting torque is stronger, the power consumption is less, and the speed response is faster. In this way, even multicolor fabrics with complex patterns can be stably weft fed.
